About
Meet the Founder
Jacob didn’t build Forever Forward Coaching from comfort; he built it from pain.
Before the discipline, before the physique, before the mission, there was a version of him that was broken, angry, and ready to give up. Years of abuse, isolation, and relentless bullying pushed him to the edge, far enough that as a teenager, he found himself alone in a field with a loaded shotgun, fully prepared to end his life. But he didn’t.
What came next wasn’t a sudden breakthrough, it was a decision. A decision to fight. To endure. To move forward, no matter how slow, no matter how painful. That decision led him to the gym, and what started as an escape became his foundation. Through discipline, structure, and relentless consistency, he rebuilt not just his body, but his identity. Strength became more than physical, it became mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Jacob went on to serve in the United States Air Force as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist, where precision, accountability, and resilience were not optional, they were required. Even after service, the real mission remained: mastering himself and helping others do the same.
Today, Jacob works with individuals who feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed. People who know they’re capable of more but don’t know how to get there. His coaching isn’t surface-level motivation. It’s built on real experience, real struggle, and real transformation. Whether it’s through 1:1 coaching, military preparation, or speaking engagements, his mission is simple: help people break through what’s holding them back, rebuild themselves from the ground up, and realize that they are far more capable than they’ve been led to believe.
Because the truth is, you don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to take the next step. And then the next. And then the next. Forever Forward.
